Have you tried a flax Oil Enema . Not for the purpose of detoxification, which I don' think would be a good idea now, but jut for overall building strength. Dr. Budwig used these on her very far gone patients to restore vitality.
For food you could try making kichari. Use some good basmati rice, bit of good salt, a bit of good oil or ghee if you can tolerate it, and red or yellow lentils, not the green or brown ones. Cook it for a very long time with a lot of water so it is sort of a porridge. The rice will be broken down almost completely into starch and the lentils too will be completel broken down into a mash. This should present no stress at all to your digestive system and at least get your some bit of normalcy and allow you to keep your strength up.
I would not recommend you do any extreme detoxification at this point. Just try to find ways to slowly build your strength without taxing any of your organs.
