Sorry, other info you would need since you can make it differently.

Recipe is 30G sodium ascorbate to 3cups water = 1.25G per oz.

So that would be 10G vit c in 8oz which is equal to 80G IV vit c

I usually sip it over 15min blended with fresh orange juice...
