Re: worms in nose from herne

Not good. I am truly losing focus. I am on my second week of Iver both oral and Nadal and the crawling in my legs has stopped but I am coughing things out of lungs still and they are endlessly travelling down from my nose down my throat. I did a few days of praying nasally and the lump on my face to the side of my nose which has been there for a few years shrank to nothing. I should have kept using the praying but it is awful. I will no doubt regret not continuing it. I am frantic. Any ideas? Tell me how you are doing please... xoxo Herne Tweet
