this might help, in terms of pointing you in the right direction. Dis-ease has lots of names, 'syndromes' and so forth, but health is simply good health--and the consequent absence of disease. Sounds too simple to be true, but there it is. Restore good health, and the beneficical microflora, keep it all flowing, (down and out)and strengthen the organs of elimination, and the rest will follow. The body will restore itself, if given the tools. You need high-nutrient food, in its most natural form, and so on. First is cleaning the colon, and making sure you have good hydration. . .(water) one step at a time, (pun noted) and you can do it!
