I fasted before for 10 days, the first few days where really tough, migrane headaches, aches, cravings, after the 4th day I had lots of energy and felt lighter and could walk upstairs with ease which was hard for me.
I am starting tonight, the first few days at least for me are the toughest to get through, once you get over that hump and into ketosis it's a lot easier.
Your plan sounds good. I don't have a juicer so I am just going to eat low fat raw afterwards. I am not sure how long, but at least until July 3rd.
