Firstly, I would definitely suggest that when using either of these things internally, ACV or sodium bicarb, to start in much lower doses and let your body get used to them slowly over a longer period. Which is kind of frustrating when you are experiencing symptoms. But it will be a much softer blow to your body if it isn't jiving with the supplement you are taking.

I would also want to inquire about diet and make recommendations there if needed. Also, have you ever tried acupuncture treatment or herbal remedy? Both modalities are very helpful at changing the pH of the body.
