I started the 1/2 GB3 at the beginning of May and I just increased to 1 whole about a week ago. So it was about 5-6 weeks between. The gassiness etc. had stopped some time in there, but I was still increasing all of my other supplements, so I didn't want to increase GB3.
When I increased a week ago, I experienced only a very small increase in bloating and gas and it seems to be reducing daily. For some reason, it is worse around supper time and into early evening.
I also eat home made yogurt with every meal and when I first began doing so (I was also taking a probiotic at that time) I had huge die off for about a month. If you are not already taking a probiotic you might be experiencing a higher amount of die off from the GB3.
