emotional freedom technique (EFT) blood type diet, brominated vegetable oil (BVO), nightshades, wheat/gluten intolerance

So, as a A blood type, have a problem with nightshades/ causes my bone spur on my heel to cause me to limp (because of drinking way to much chocolate cow's milk over many years). Also, I used to have a problem with drinking stuff with brominated vegetable oil ( / or glycerol ester of wood rosin. I would feel like my brain was swishing around in my skull/ very bad feeling. This feeling, even when trying a brand new drink, not even looking at the label, I would feel/know for a fact within less than twenty minutes. So yesterday, I drank a free mountain dew soda that I found in a pop machine (yeah I know mt. dew is very bad for you). As I was drinking it, a few sips at a time, I was doing the EFT technique, telling my body that my body can now process/digest/handle brominated vegetable oil with no problems, for a few times, maybe five times, over the course of twenty minutes. I have been trying EFT/ tapping/ emotional freedom technique to be able to drink it, a couple minutes per day, for about a week. And yesterday, it worked, no drunk-like feeling of my brain swishing around in my skull. At all. This EFT has been used on PTSD for military veterans, and fibroymalgia and food allergies . One woman I know that charges $90 an hour for personalized EFT sessions, had her kid fix something like five food allergies within not too long of a time period.

I've also been using EFT to tell my body that it can handle/process nightshades occasionally.

So... basically, please try to look up EFT/ tapping/ on youtube and try this technique on nightshades or anything your body cannot handle. My next thing I am going to try it on is wheat/gluten as A blood types aren't supposed to have wheat.

It sounds really weird, I thought it was too, but it works, and it is free.
