Re: Update on incorporating supplements
Hi Lilac Rose,
Great to hear that you have been able to add in so many supplements. I too found the Limcomin to be stimulating. I added it very slowly - and saved to the end as well. I waited until all symptoms passed before adding in the next dose and it took a good while.
I started taking kelp before I began NB, but I did find that it made me anxious for the first two weeks (at one capsule per meal). This has passed and I don't seem to have any reaction to it.
I have not used the Renamide or Selenium as they were optional supplements and I just could not afford them.
I am finding the protocol less difficult than I imagined it would be. I am very sleepy, but I am on Paramin 3-3-4, so that is what is causing it. I have been doing
coffee enemas and saunas since before I started on NB and I find that the enemas especially help me to feel better. However, I know that many people on this forum have had adverse reactions to them. They only cause me to be sleepy, which I am anyway - LOL. When I skip them, I feel worse toward the end of the day. I notice no reaction either way to the saunas at this point, but continue to use them as a control for my Lyme disease (it raises my body temp, which the Lyme doesn't like).
Thanks for keeping us updated, hope you get the results you are hoping for.
