Yes Remamiede is great support for the kidneys I used it the first year with great success.

Do you have low thyroid function? If so I would surely do the kelp. I was supper low in thyroid function, I was put on Thyro-complex and kelp and it worked :) No support needed for my Thyroid for over a year now. Selenium is great if you are low in selenium, but I would leave that one off for a while it may make you detox more and you want to go gentle as you can.

I could not handle licomin to well I use to get angry and also this weird pain in my head on the right side.(NOt a head ache per say but pain in the scull.
