You are not at a daily caloric deficit. 1200-1400 is maintenance for a moderately active female of your height, weight, and age -- making an educated guess that you are not a teen/college age as generally, college students are unlikely to incorporate regular professional massage, colonics, etc in their lives.
In short, you are eating a healthy maintenance diet, and after having gotten rid of all the backlog clogging your intestines (the first -5 lbs), you are maintaining.
If I were you, I would keep up eating as you are eating and I would look into cardio/weight training. You have the option of cutting down the calories while not exercising, but you will end up flabby, your body will feel starved, and as soon as you stop fasting, you will balloon again. So, solidify your current way of eating until it becomes a habit, then start gradually adding cardio and weight training - yoga and pilates will not cut it I am afraid. Do this for a year, and if you don't look like a model at the end of it, I'll give you your money back.
