Yeah, I was hesitant myself, and for a long time I was on the 12 mg. Iodoral, am now on Trapper's magnetized 5% and am up to a dropperful, don't even know what the mg. of that is. I also put a couple of tblsp. apple cider vinegar in the water with the iodine, for the boron, which as you advised me previously would help bind the halogens. Like you, I feel fine, a bit low energy but I'm still very active and getting things done. Actually, it makes me more aware I've got to stay on the right track with diet including the cofactors, so I'm less tempted to go off it, and that's all to the good, of course.
