Re: If most of the wheat is fluoridated/bromided,what's your maim sources of carbs?
For the carbs; not easy to answer as my diet differ from day to day, week, months. The closest word for how I eat is "cravetarian"
-as I found out along the way that my body was wiser than my brain, when it came to food.
But potatoes, rice, lentils I sometimes crave.
A sick body will crave sick food IMO. So this is not something i recommend doing if you have not gained some level of health. When you get healthier you will crave food that support your health journey.
I rarely question what my body says to eat, unless I get a hang up on something, like aspargus. One year; I had to have it daily. I then found out it is rich in sulfur and rubidium.
My body knew what it needed, as always.
The other day I just wanted a big plate of prawns, with roe. Zinc, I suppose.
If I overrule this cravings, like; "I should eat that instead as it is healthier.."
then I do not feel as good after eating, as the times when I let my body decide.
Lately I have craved marrow, bone broths, soups. Other times it is salads, or meat, gristle or just eggs.
I have also noticed, like when I went gluten free last year; --my body followed up by not wanting bread or pasta!
It simply made other choices.
