Weston Price`s diet recommendations are popular around here, but there is no spesific diet for the Iodine protocol, more supplements (or food) to support the high iodine, like selenium, magnesium, vit C etc.

Coconut oil was a saviour the first year on iodine; it gives a quick, but steady energy, last for some time too.
Try a spoonful 2-3 times a day.

The fatigue can also be a result of taking iodine, the detoxing phase; from your post (excellent btw)
"Unfortunately ingesting Lugol's gives me fatigue so i have to really go for it slow and wih salt water pushing."

How much Iodine do you take?
