Just a thought, by making first sure that you will get all the minerals & trace minerals in correct dosages, ( specially Iodine & magnesium )and also all quality vitamins ,then try to clean the body from harmfull susbtances, after that it can give you a better wiew or even make you feel more relaxed and make you sleep better.
Body is like a car engine, withouth motoroil it will not run.
The tip about magnesium, if you have taken just magnesium pill`s allways, it might not correct the defiency , as it is tricky this intestines absorption with magnesium , and for example some substances make people actually "leaking" magnesium out from body ,sugar is one that really make that leak , so i really would suggest you to test the effect that transdermal magnesium can do.
Also , you may have defiency of salt, have you ever tryed what salt can do ? Many people seems to have salt defiency and even try to avoid salt, i was one who never liked salt and had actually salt defiency, now i am very happy when taking my dayly salt! Just make sure to choose the right salt, you can go wrong if you choose fluoridated salt, i would not touch himalyan salt either nor that Bolivian salt as they can have fluoride too much , Celtic grey salt seems to be good choise.
