Makes sense. But find those old test results. Hold on to them. I think it is important to have a recorded history of all blood tests. Besides being used to track progress, any new doctor you go to would appreciate the information. I have cholesterol test results collected over the past twenty years (..only a handful of results since there was no need to be tested often). I found this info helpful in judging the effectiveness of changing my diet (to low carb Paleo from the usual junky American diet).
