Looks like Tapeworm (segments) and sounds like tape (white rice) - :( Best to get a positive ID through testing and use of drugs is probably best in this situation. Be advised that most labs fail to detect parasites, and it may be necessary to do more than one test. With a positive test then the doctor would be willing to prescribe the necessary meds and monitor your progress.
