I, too have suffered from Depression for at least 10 years, with the worst moments being in the morning (no desire to get up). Two years ago things got worse when I started to have panic attacks. My doctor put me on a blood pressure lowering drug and also prescribed Paxil. I told him I would go with the BP drug but not the Paxil. Insted I informed him that I would be taking St John's wort (from Life extension). The combination of both of these helped me but that morning feeling which could last 3 or 4 hours remained.It is not until recently that I am starting to feel my old self again. What am I doing diferently? Well since 3 months I started to rebound 15/20minutes a day on a mini trempoline and I take 10 drops of Cayenne extract from Dr Christopher 3 times a day. Also I resumed taking flaxoil and cottage cheese (Dr Budwig).
Besides the fact that I am now eating about 80% of my vegetables and fruits in an organic form these are the only things I have done differently.Something must be working there! I have not felt so good in a very long time and my outlook on life has tremndously improved. I think and hope that these comments might help.
