Recovering After a Crash

I was diagnosed with severe adrenal fatigue about 19 years ago, and spent about 15 years recovering from that condition. I've also been doing lots of detox work since then. This has been tricky because the detox puts a big strain on my adrenals. My adrenals got a lot better about 4 or 5 years ago, and I was gradually able to phase out my adrenal supplements.

About six weeks ago my ND re-evaluated me. I had been doing lots of detox prior to that, and she told me that my adrenals were low. I resumed taking some of the adrenal supplements I had stopped about four years ago. My health crashed about four weeks ago despite this, and my recovery has been a living hell for me. I've been feeling extremely fatigued and depressed for the last few weeks. Last night I felt suicidal, and ended up calling the crisis line to help me get through it.

I haven't crashed in well over a year, and I must be out of practice with my coping skills. Can anyone help me get through this?
