Have you ever used coconut oil, it should somehow be good to thyroid...i dont know how thought...there must be some mechanism how it can effect thyroid.
Also, are you totally sure about your magnesium levels, many have defiency and dont even know that, and
i think magnesium do effect to thyroid , it`s just so common issue with magnesium that it just come to my mind...it is also known that sleeping problems & magnesium are related
I think those were bit far, and might not much help at all...but it was the only i had.
Ps: even if you take magnesium capsules you still can have a defiency, since many substances remove magnesium from the body, and becouse it is like allmost impossible to take enough magnesium orally,and only part of the magnesium will even going to get absorbed...
