Last year something similar happened to me (and my look is very important to me), however, I made a mess with my skin because I wanted it to be perfect. Stupid girl.
It's one year ago.. what I learned since then wanna share with you. Btw. my English's not the best, Bosnian is my native...so I hope everything will be clearly understandable.
It is important to stay relaxed and calm...doing yoga, meditations, whatever you like. You know why? It is about bioenergy... you can cure everything, really anything by your own energy. Sounds crazy but it works, slowly, you need to be patient. Bot overdriving with anything, no pushing... try not thinking too much about your problem...doing a lot of other stuff in life, occupate yourself with that, dont look at the mirror all the time, waiting... No pushing.
Ah yeah, learning a new language will be great. When you forget your problem it will get better and better, believe me.
About exercises, you should try the five tibetan rites, they're great...breath properly, not just during the exercises, but all the time. Think about it.
Drink a lot of water. Don't overextend it. Stay moderate with everything. Eating a lot of veggies and fruits is great, it will help. Import them in your daily routine..eat also nuts daily, not too much...but you need unsaturated fats. Read, smile, dance, shine from the inside, and believe me it will get better and better. If you feel unsatisfied with yourself, others will notice somethings wrong, but if you're pleased with yourself, nobody will notice anything. Its not just a saying, I tested it. A healthy attitude, head up, and people see you differently. About your skin... I incorporated a weekly facial mask in m routine...I'm using green clay. It helps, slowly, but it does, thats the most important thing. Im trying not using too much not trying to fast it up, thats the most important thing. Now, i dont want to suggest using clay mask... We're all different, I dont know if youre allergic to something, so you could test is on a small past of the skin. I thin honey is the best to go if youre not allergic. Bu it has to be raw REAL honey (important!) with enzymes, this one should be able to crystalize. Again always good to try it on a small area.. Honey isnt kept for too long on the face usually, mostly about 20 minutes, and not in a too thick layer...diluted with water (not warm).
Find your natural remedy for your face thats not aggressive at all, follow it weekly or as the instructions say... Around the eyes its the best not using too much, just a light cream, in small amounts.
Drink lemon-water, eat oranges...they stimulate collagen production, avoid refined sugar...
But the most important, be happy, laugh(watch some funny sitcoms like The big bang theory :D), keep working/doing/being active and keep the positive energy, it's actually all you need to heal yourself, wether you are following a diet or not.
I tried to be precise...so I really hope it will help. It helped me you must know, and I had as well other health problems...I'm still progressing, nothing will change over night...
