Re: Olive leaf tincture dose... how much and how often?
all joking aside, on my own I've been searching high and low for the same answer and have not yet happened upon it. I got a 16 oz bottle of this tincture recently along with a pound of leaves.
On recent CDs from MH, there is a section titled "website july", which contains the Olive leaf book.doc (183KB MS document that talks about the Morton book), the olive leaf Story.doc ( a 51KB MS document that talks more about Morton and mentions dosages using capsules and tea), and the olive leaf.doc (253KB document that looks like it may be the old j-counts on-line ad for the tincture product, or something from that era). None of these docs suggest a dosage for the tincture. MH gave me a copy of the Morton book - it's a great read, but as you may imagine it does not in anyway mention MH's proprietary tincture :)
I'm not done, there is still the new MH web site to explore, lot of paths to follow on that alone. Mean time, I decided to forge ahead without the answer, have been experimenting by taking a teaspoon dose first thing in the morning, have been doing this for about a week now. So far, everything still seems okay, no body parts have fallen off or stopped working, but this is still in the experimental stage ;) I really like the taste of this tincture. For long-term purposes, it is probably a bit rich for my means. Even at 1 teaspoon per day (what I'm guessing is a very conservative daily amount to take), this will only last a month or so. I may soon advance to making tea from the pound of leaves I got and after that I may even experiment with making my own capsules. Most of the dose info I've found seems to be based on capsules.
