most urine fibers are very small... long as I am diligent to keep pH high.

..there are millions...hundreds of millions of particles
in the urine every day...but most "hatchling" fibers
stay very small...a mm or two. Occasional "20 mm" or so..but I suspect that the larger ones have been adrift
in the bladder for a long time. Large urine fibers are
seen by onesies and twosies these days..the large herds of
large fibers are gone. [20-30-40 mm lengths were a
daily occurance back in 2009/2010/2011...and some
really incredible tangles..and bundles of fibers.

Much quieter now...although the sheer quantity of
particles is very disturbing..they do tend to aggregate
into "structures"/clumps/potential kidney jamming
devices...and the particles are visually identical to the
particles found in blood samples. It seems that the
body is entirely overrun with the bacteria that make
these particles...and the particles do not attract much
attention from the immune system..[neither do the bacteria
that make them]. When a fiber grows in the
does tend to get swarmed by white blood cells..but it's
a little late in the game by then; the fibers are thousands
of times larger than the leukocytes that are attacking.

Somehow..all this trash in the blood is kept to a minimum
[relatively speaking]. One can imagine what the inside
of the kidneys and liver looks like..being clogged up
with cellulose fibers...gazillions of particles..."gell
whatever piles of immune goo that may be adhering to all
of this.
