it might be a good exercise-experiment (not too taxing!) to sort of sink into the "hunger" and see what's under it--for it's quite possibly just a sort of surface sensation. It is rare to have any actual hunger at ten days--thpugh there can be snesations that mimic a sort of emptiness of gnawing. It may be that hunger has a sort of room inside it, that is where the peace and vitality is. Anyway, it can be remarkable, the shift from feeling so-so, to then feeling clear and bright.
