Day three is the one where the stomach can be a tiger, gowrling and all. And the thoughts go into high gear--it is all about whther you choose to torment yourself with images of food, or re-iterate your intent to get into more peaceful, enjoyable days. It comes! Day four should be MUCH easier. "peace out" reminds me of "Dan the life regenerator"
