Re: phosphatidal serine vs phosphorylated serine?

Just wanted to put in my two cents when it comes to phosphorylated serine. I have been suffering from adrenal fatigue for roughly 8 years now. I first started treatment with phosphatidyl serine. I was taking the supplement for roughly a year and a half and it didn't help my condition at all. After seeking help for my condition from a naturopath he recommeded I try a phosphorylated serine product called Seriphos. It did help my condition more so then the phosphatidyl serine however I felt sometimes it would make me feel anxious. I had shared what was happening to me with my doctor and he had suggested I try a new brand of phosphorylated serine that he had. This one was called Cortiphos and its made by a different company called pinnacle. I have been on the supplement for a few months and I noticed that it has helped my adrenal fatigue like the other supplement without making me anxious. I'm just thankful that there are so many options out there to help with our condition.
