"If you start to feel anxious, nervous, have insomnia, long-lasting fatigue, these are all signs that you should end the fast. Every negative experience that people have on this forum is because they listened to someone else instead of their own body"
I agree with the whole message--but would add, (as I'm sure you meant), it's important to distinguish between transient ups and downs, -which EFT can and does help GREATLY- and the kind of debilitating anxiety and fear OF the Water Fasting process itself that can create more negativity: this usually points to not having properly prepared with studying the old literature. Lots of free reading in the Soil and Health Library online. This has been linked to many many times.
As Shelton and others have written, fear is the biggest contraindictator, and 'nerves' can actually make the Water Fast a miserable experience.
It pays to prepare!
*If you do find you have to end the fast in one of these dips of anxiety, or extreme fatigue etc. that is untenable, then realize that you will need to go VERY gently with re-feeding. Broths and liquids, well "chewed". (In fact, everything should be well chewed anyway.)
