Re: Intestinal Fungal Candida

Hi there,

You say that you have had stool tests done, and that "everything turns up fine", I would question these stool tests in that case, because from what you are saying everything in certainly not fine in your GI tract, and a good stool test would show multiple causes for this.

Here are a few KEY points to bear in mind when doing comprehensive digestive stool tests:

- With hold ALL supplements entirely, and any non-essential meds for three days, but preferably ONE entire week before stool testing.
- Eat what you feel like eating, what you crave or really want to eat. This will reflect in a stool test result which is much more indicative of what is really going on inside. Pretty useless if you follow any ultra-strict diets and then expect to find what you are looking for. As soon as you have completed the test, resume eating the way you did before the stool test.
- Always insist on a x 3 stool test, i.e; do three separate stool samples on three concurrent days. AND more importantly, insist that three three are tested independently of each other, and NOT mixed together and tested as one sample as some unscrupulous labs do.
- send me the results.

If you follow this protocol, I doubt very much that "all results are fine".
