Thanks for the kind words. For me what helped in healing the inner child is to talk about it and not blame yourself for something you had no control of and learn from it, what not to do to your children :)
I am sorry you suffer monthly, surely not fun :( I know a few girls who suffer anxieties they take a little extra magnesium to help ease the anxieties. Have you talked to your practitioner about this time of month for you? To see if anything you can do to ease these sympotoms. It will get better :)
