I've never done a loading test. I had been using 50 MG Iodoral for about 6 months. I then switched to Lugol's 5% about 6 weeks ago to save $$. I've had some good results from this that I didn't get from Iodoral such as increased body temp and libido. Finally have warm hands and feet. I assume there was an absorption issue with the pill?? Love the liquid! Hasn't irritated my stomach at all, but I did have another detox that lasted for maybe a week (visited the bathroom every time I ate:). Tweet
