If you are having fear in your fast, then I would strongly recommend you stop...change to a plant based diet...with exercise.

Your posts suggests you aren't having a calm experience. The key to fasting is to remain calm...let the body rest and heal.

If you have moments of anxiety simply lay down, close your eyes, and breath deep.

Fasting is a rewarding experience ... at times you may need to go minute by minute.
