Not digesting food a week after flush, what to do?
I just joined this forum today after following it for over a month. It's been very helpful. I am debating what to do because of the digestion problems I am having after a flush I did last weekend (my 3rd flush following
Andreas Moritz ' protocol). My first flush released few stones, less than 100 and then the 2nd one released at least a couple of hundred. The 3rd one released none. I definitely felt a very short improvement (a day or so) after the first two flushes, but then things went back to how they were, or actually - after the last two flushes I felt MORE congested than before. I am scared that if I do another flush I will get clogged up even more...
I am thinking that that the last flush (#3) may have not released stones because my colon was blocked. I did an enema the day prior but I think that the meal I ate the day of the flush upset my stomach. My digestion is poor in general and even more so after the flush. I have been having to do do enemas every day or two in the past week just to get the undigested food out, which seems to be sitting in the tract. I wonder why the food is not being digested still, already a week has passed since the flush? Should I do another flush? I feel very low in energy because I cannot digest food and I find the flushes harsh, especially because of the
Epsom Salts . On the other hand, I can't imagine lasting like this another week, going to work, running errands, etc. I can't eat much because nothing seems to be going down right, even rice. Trying to drink more juice. In addition to feeling severe congestion in the liver (but no pain), I feel congestion in the head - it's pretty much my whole right side that feels very blocked (is this lymphatic congestion?). I got gentian to try to break up stones and have been taking that for a week but not sure if it's helping much. I took a tablespoon of ES with water two days ago but that didn't help either. I have also been taking lemon juice sporadically, hoping it would help....
I have had health problems (poor digestion, memory, fatigue, numbness in limbs, etc.) for several years now. While diet changes and alternative therapies have helped, it wasn't enough. So I finally gathered the courage to try the
Liver Flush - I had heard of it before but was scared to try. During the last few months I have been physically sensing congestion in the liver area (feels enlarged and blocked) and at night I often wake up because my limbs or side of the body are numb. So I am thinking that
liver stones could very well explain my problems and really hoping to get better.
