Re: Can you take samento and grapefruit seed extract in the same day?

I was told not to use grapefruit seed extract while on samento or any of the other herbs because it lessens the effectiveness of the samento. I wouldn't just take teh samento by itself...beter just to do cowden's program as he has it laid out.
