IMHO it is best to have a core protocol that you stick with for at least 6 months and then you can add in other things to detox and build the immune system. I went with the Cowden program as my core program and added in saunas and chlorela and humaworm and more zeolite on off nights and supplements.
I can only speak for myself but 3 months ago I could barely walk, my legs were twitching,itching and burning like crazy. I could barely breath, severe shortness of breath, purple hands and feet, etc etc etc and now I am almost perfect again...just a little twitching and weakness and ringing ears but I hope that will all go away over the next 3 months...
