.... just make sure while u change ur diet, eat healthy fats (like raw oils and avocado). Coz if u gonna stick to fat free diet, u will feel constand hunger. Healthy fats are good for u. U can easily eat max 4 avocados a week but try not to exagerate with it coz fats are still fats. :)
And, ya, we do have toxins/ poisons in us, u believe or not.
