Yes you did say EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT. This plan is a joke...I've seen interview with this doctor. Go ahead and fast for 3 days a week, then throw down boxes of twinkies and bacon the other 4 days. Great way to get shit results and you are damaging your digestive system. Another "get slim quick" for lazy people. Unfortunately sometimes in life there are no shortcuts.
Like you said... it's your life and you can do whatever you want. Just wasting people's time though asking for support here when you plan to undo whatever healing happens during the fast with trash food.
