A friend of mine is a Hazardous Materials truck driver. He hauls hot liquid Asphalt. If he spills a drop of asphalt on the asphalt road, he must report it as a hazardous waste spill, so that the authorities can stage a clean up complete with moon-suits and ten foot poles.

I guess government is a blunt instrument. Never enough when they're needed, always too much when they're a nuisance. Tweet
