Re: Please help my husband's lower back
Yeah, this is somewhat complex. I haven't read the book in a couple of years although it's sitting right here. I believe that thoughts create a GREAT amount of our problems. Around curezone lately you see people asking about the people who smoke or drink or both and live to be 90 or older. It seems to me these are some laid back, and in a lot of cases, spiritual individuals. I think when you eat crap, AND your sad/depressed/mad/vengeful, whatever, the acidic food and your acidic hormones cause the crap to stick in you extra tight. I don't think it's a coincidence that I "blew out my back" AND had an inpacted colon both by age 26 as I'm a type A guy. But, in agreement with barefoot, there has been damage done, and IMHO, while understanding and taking control of the mind/body connection is paramount, the fact is that crap is still in there and will continue to build as long as it's not removed and the diet is not changed. I have a couple of Christian friends who want to be healthier, but they just KNOW that The Lord is going to heal them somehow without changing the diet, liver cleansing, herbs, proper sleep, fixing their teeth, colonics, enemas, sitz baths and so on. I hope they're right for their sake. But 2 1/2 years later, I look and feel younger than ever and they're going downhill at an ever faster rate. I just hope they don't blame it on God. I'll cruise the book and see if I find anything and go to Amazon and see if they have it. Keep the Faith!!!
Peace,
