Re: antifungals, rotation or not?
Thanks Eric! :)
Your explanation sounds very reasonable. Still having few questions..
a.)Fermented and cultured foods?
Sauerkraut is ok to me, at least in small doses. But I am not so sure about yoghurt or quark.
b.)Well, I think by diet is pretty healthy (or at least I think so). I am currently eating salads, cucumber, avocado, steamed celeriac, turnip, cauliflower, broccoli and zuzzini, fish (bought raw and unpacked), chicken, some herbs, sprouts,
Sea Salt , and sometimes almonds or an apple. Trying to get all vitamins from the food, as I noticed that consuming vitamin tablets makes my situation only worse. How do you think about that theory:

?
c.)For example there was a list of anti-candida foods:
http://www.thecandidadiet.com/candida-fighting-foods.htm
What about anti-candida teas, like Pau D’arco or Roobios?
d.)What is the purpose of the one week break in taking antifungals? To avoid the resistanse?
e.)Should I take one antifungal for two weeks, then keep one week break and then continue with the same antifungal, but bigger doses in addition to add another antifungal with small doses at start?
Or should I rather start one antifungal and after a week another etc.. And then break the antifungal number one after two weeks, so at there would be at least one antifungal ongoing all the time? Not very good explanation, I hope you will get what I mean :D
f.)Well, that I can do, investigate. I have been investigating myself so many years already. What I know is that I am pretty sensitive, so I guess I should notice easily what is working for me and what doesn’t. Nice to hear that you have worked also with the “hopeless” cases, ‘coz I consider my situation pretty challenging.
What if the person doesn’t have the appendix, or the colon, or the rectum? Having only IPAA-pouch left after the years of listening regular doctors… Highly interested of everything extraordinary treatment methods and theories, studying now to become a public health nurse, but still thinking if I should read myself to a doctor..
g.)What about probiotics? I found ones that are pretty efficient to me (VSL#3), but when should I start them? Others say that at the same time with antifungals, and the others say that after antifungals. The last option makes sense to me. And how about boulardii?
As you can see millions of questions, but I like to solve things out, rather than act without knowing anything :)
