Since I live in Wyoming and used to be chronically cold, I would put the essential oil of cinnamon on my feet on super cold days because it was supposed to warm you up. The first couple of times I did this, I was juice fasting and both times, I doubled over in pain a while later and then WHAM!! here came the bugs. Cinammon is supposedly good for fungus and parasites, and at least in my case, I have pictures and video tape to prove it. I just don't do it anymore as it hurt SO bad. Of course this is me, and your milage may vary.

PS I find a FAT dose of coconut oil does a much smaller yet milder job
