Yes, this is a normal side-effect of the "candida diet", I have seen this so many times on this forum, low-carb diet causes food intolerances . You are severely impairing your digestion and once you get into this cycle it can be very difficult to get out of. You should really consider stopping this diet or at least being a little more flexible before you do more permanent damage to your system. Healthy digestion is the key to a healthy body. Candida cannot live in a body that has a healthy digestive system. 100% of people who have candida overgrowth, have impaired digestion. Eating a low-carb diet is not the correct way to fix digestion and for most people will actually further impair digestion.
