A good way to have regular bowel movements is to take 10 grams of sodium ascorbate (vitamin c) every 30 minutes until you have a bowel movement.
Long term bowel health
1. go gluten free
2. very little refined sugars like soda and icecream.
3. dont get vaccinated ever.
4. avoid things with aspartame/high fructose corn syrup/ preservatives /artificial sweetners.
