If it is raw ground up rock and not a manufacturered waste product hopefully the rocks are too large to be absorbed and would simply pass through the elimination channels.

It would make little sense to consume such a product. The drinking of deep earth clay is a much finer product in that it started as volcanic dust and fungus has eaten on it for many, many years. Clay is still th best food for plants, yet many books have been written that clay is useful in human health.

I would pass on self-experimenting with the product.
