Why not wait till you have improved a lot before you worry about metal chelation? There seems to be this kind of belief that "this supplement will achieve this action" and it is assumed that this is how it will work. Why waste your money on all these pills, when it is your diet and lifestyle that need 80% priority? Yes, niacin is a god suppement, but to take it to "lose weight" or "chelate mercury" is pretty shortsided, and not much better than to take a drug for this or that symptom.
I spend a great deal of time in my room with patients just getting the basics right, like sleeping enough, eating away from screens (1 in 5 people in USE have at least one meal of a day in front of Facebook), relaxation exercises, eating health foods, chewing slowly and properly, etc. We take this stuff completely for granted, and always want to "take something" to feel better. What do you think?
