hey folks! i've been on the candida diet for several months and am feeling a lot better.
i do have a question though. i am brewing my own kombucha, but am super nervous to try it, as i don't want to set myself back. i generally let it ferment until there is only a tiny amount of sweetness left to it.
do any of you have experience drinking kombucha while on the diet? did you experience any negative effects?
