Sounds good. I think you'll make a lot of progress now that you know what is going on, Oily nuts are definitely recommended for vata. Sesame and Olive oil are supposed to be best as far as unsaturated. Ghee is best for saturated, but bone marrow and fatty meats are good too.
The online quizzes are not perfect, but at least you will not fall into the trap of focusing on only one aspect.
Hit the diet for a while and report!
I think ayurveda holds some great help for a lot people here and I wish that this energy can be renewed with some success stories.
