Yoga helped me in ways that are nothing short of a miracle.
The problem is that I just don't know how to be gentle with my body.
I was doing too much of it I think.
I did almost an hour and a half of pranayama in the morning just to wake myself up. I would get excited and jittery from it only to have another crash in the afternoon.
Excess prana in the physically exhausted body was driving Vata dosha completely out of balance.
However gentle yoga and pranayama are exceptionally helpful to bring it down.
