I never heard of this problem before but here are a few ideas.
Some things that may help are psyllium husks, alfalfa tablets, and food grade diatomaceous earth. You can mix the psyllium with diatomaceous earth in water. A little apple cider vinegar and blackstrap molasses are good to add, also. All will increase peristalsis. Be sure to drink plenty of water and eat sufficient fruits and vegetables.
Also even if you don't feel the urge to go, make a practice of sitting on the toilet for a few minutes at certain times during the day.
