Cleaning white tongue, is it possible?

I was drinking a big cup of fresh natural orange juice(6 oranges) every mourning for about a month

My contition of peeling lips was way better than now

So I did the endoscopy and it shows negative for H.Pylori, but positive for acid reflux

I started to take some antiacid and the doctor cut the orange from my diet... what a mess... the anti-acid didn't helped me at all

I really want to find something to clean the white stuff from my tongue... If I could keep it really clean for a week so I would know it is the cause for the EC! Just dreaming about white milky line/stuff wenting away.

My opinion bacterial/fungal stuff in mouth is like underwater, but when this go to the lips it dries and affect the lips worse than in mouth. I mean, EC is not just a lip problem but a whole mouth problem (my opinion)

Does anybody knows something that can dissolve the white stuff in the tongue?
