..a new player in the lesion fluid??

Really?. As if it's not confusing enough already.

..coincidentally..the lesions that these bacteria are
thriving in..are particularly nasty, aggressive and
slow to heal. It's a slightly different attack pattern
as well..the lesions don't seem to be content to simply
drill out a crater to call their own..they seem to
go out of their way to team up several other small
craters and simply "morgiform" [their version of "terraforming"] a large valley of dissolved skin..
** looking at one on my right wrist that is over an
inch long and about 1/4 inch wide..that seeps endlessly..
and has shown NO inclination to heal no matter how
aggressively I tend to it.
...the speed that these lesion now can grow into patches
of dissolved skin reminds me of the "flesh eating bacteria".

...meanwhile..back at the ranch..

I have started taking beta glucans..in an attempt to
encourage the lazy ass microphages. Advertised as
yeast "cell walls"..was a little suprised to see that nearly
all of the yeasts were in fact..intact in those glucan
caps..and hot to trot..in a drop of water..they bud
and grow like crazy.

One hopes that eating yeast to prod the white cells is not
a mistake....however..beta glucans have been a hit with
critter ranchers forever to keep their critters healthy
[more or less] until they can be turned into pretty
packages of critter flesh in the grocery store.

..if it's good enough for "Babe"..it's good enough..i guess.

[old kitty getting some glucans too..try to slow down
some of her infections/possible cancer growth.
